    Refunds

    If an item is defective, you accidentally ordered the wrong item, or the item just doesn’t work for you, let us know. We will assess refunds on a case-by-case basis.

    Returns

    If an item is defective, you accidentally ordered the wrong item, or the item just doesn’t work for you, let us know within 30 days of your purchase.

    Exchanges

    At the moment, we aren’t set up to process exchanges; however, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase, and then purchase the item you prefer.

  • We curate items based on market trends, customer demand, and our own refined tastes :) Some items may be more aesthetically pleasing, others may be highly functional, and still others are both. (We try to lean toward both).

    We would love to hear from you about what items you’d like to see in our shop. Send us a message using the contact form at the bottom of this page, and we’ll do our best to source your favorites.

  • We do not offer customizations or personalizations at this time; however, we will be launching Station N°5 customized stationery soon, and we are looking into these services. Stay tuned.

  • We are based in Charlotte, North Carolina. We intend to “pop up” at local vendor events in early 2026 (if not sooner). Stay tuned to our website and Instagram (@stn.o5) for announcements.
