Refund & Exchange Policy
No Refunds.
All sales made through the Website are final. The Company maintains a strict No Refund policy. Refunds will only be issued to the Customer’s original form of payment under the following highly limited circumstances:
- the order is canceled by the Company prior to fulfillment;
- one or more of the Customer’s purchased items became unavailable after the order was placed; or,
- the Customer receives item(s) that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the Customer notifies the Company via email contact@stationfive5.com within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery with photographic evidence.
Exchanges.
While we do not offer refunds, we gladly accept exchanges for physical stationery and office supply products within fourteen (14) days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in perfectly resellable condition.
When processing an exchange, the following pricing rules apply:
- Equal Value: If exchanging for an item of the exact same purchase price, it will be an even exchange.
- Lesser Value: If an item is exchanged for one of a lesser price, the exchange is permitted. The remaining balance will be issued to the customer as either a refund to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the customer's preference.
- Greater Value: If exchanging an item for a new item that costs more, the Customer must pay the difference in price. The exchange will not be processed, and the new item will not be shipped, until the additional amount has been paid in full.
Return Shipping for Exchanges.
The Customer is solely responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the original item and shipping the new exchanged item, unless the exchange is due to a Company error (e.g., you received the wrong item).
To initiate an exchange, please contact contact@stationfive5.com with your order number, the name and URL of the item you purchased, and the new item you wish to exchange it for.
