Shipping Policy
Order Processing and Shipping.
All orders are generally processed within five to ten (5-10) business days. Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods, holidays, promotional events, or times of limited staff capacity and internal scheduling adjustments. Shipping times vary by location and chosen shipping method. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond its control.
Tracking Information.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required for reshipment. The Company will not issue refunds for orders lost due to incorrect address entry.
International Orders.
International customers may encounter additional fees such as customs fees, import duties, and taxes. In the event additional fees are required, it will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
International Orders.
The Company does not currently offer international shipping; however, should international shipping become available in the future, international customers will be solely responsible for any additional fees encountered, such as customs fees, import duties, and taxes.

Company’s business days are Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
